Unit 201 -
The Longest Day®
June 21, 2013

The Beaumont Bridge Studio, in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Association and the American Contract Bridge League, participated The Longest Day®, a sunrise-to-sunset team event honoring the strength, passion, and endurance of those facing Alzheimer’s disease. Studio members enjoyed approximately 16 hours of bridge-related activities to raise awareness and funds for the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. It was one day to honor the passion, dedication, and strength displayed by people facing Alzheimer’s every day.

Videos of coverage by KBMT Channel 12 and KJAC Channel 11 were posted on YouTube by Linda Briggs:
Noontime interview with Carolyn Worsham and Nancy Smalley prior to the event
